Our cakes, afternoon tea and deli items are all freshly prepared on-site to order and must be collected from our café to ensure they are kept fresh and in pristine condition for you.
We are, however, able to offer delivery for our gin products at a flat rate of £5.95, which is added at checkout.
Please note, if you have a mixture of items in your cart you may select to either collect all of them in person from our café, or have the gin delivered separately.
The Keysoe Café is open 7 days a week 07.30am – 3.00pm for collection, but please note you will not be able to collect your items until the collection date/time selected when you ordered.
Before adding a made-to-order product to your basket, you will be presented with a calendar to select the date for collecting your item, and the option to choose a time slot (morning or afternoon).
This is the date/time your item will be ready and need collecting.
Please note, it is possible to have different collection dates in one checkout – as some of our products have different availability and/or preparation times.
Your collection dates/times will be present on your order confirmation email to remind you what you selected.

If a product is marked as ‘Fresh’ it means that it will have been freshly prepared and is ready to eat when you collect it.
While enjoying your food the day it was collected will guarantee the best experience; any fresh items should be suitable to consume up to 3 days after collection if stored correctly.
FROZEN
We use a tried-and-tested freezing method for all our cakes to ensure they remain fresh for when you’re ready to enjoy it. This involves baking, cooling and freezing all in one day.
Frozen goods will remain frozen for when you collect them and can be placed directly back into your freezer at home to enjoy up to 6 months after collection.
Simply leave your cake out on the kitchen worktop for 6 hours and enjoy!
Please note, perishable goods including our cakes, deli items and gift vouchers may not be returned or refunded once delivered/collected.
Since all of our food items are also made to order, a full refund may only be given if an order is cancelled with at least 14 days advance notice.
When purchasing alcohol from our website you have up to 14 days from the day of delivery/collection to request a refund.
