The Keysoe Café is open 7 days a week, 07.30am-3.00pm, located at:

When placing a food item in your basket you will be asked to select a date and time for collecting. This date/time will also appear on your email notification after paying.

Please note, our cakes and bakes are made to order, so we will not be able to fulfill your order in advance of the collection date/time requested.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at a rate of £5.95 per order, up to 12 bottles.

Please note, currently only our Gins are available to be delivered, and will require someone over the age of 18 to sign for delivery. 

Refunds & Returns

Cakes, Food Items & Vouchers:

Please note, perishable goods including our cakes, deli items and gift vouchers may not be returned or refunded once delivered/collected.

We can only guarantee a full refund of your order up to 14 days prior to the collection date.

Please note if you cancel between 14 days and 7 days prior to the collection date you will receive a maximum of 50% of the order total.

In the event of cancellations less than 7 days prior to the collection date we reserve the right to retain the total value of the order to cover costs.

If you place an order for collection between 14 days and 7 days, you acknowledge that you are ordering in a reduced cancellation period.

If you place an order for collection within 7 days, you acknowledge that you are ordering in a non-cancellation period.

Once you order has been fulfilled no amendments, cancellations or refunds can be made.

Gin:

When purchasing alcohol from our website you have up to 14 days from the day of delivery/collection to request a refund.

Please note, to be eligible for a full refund, the goods must be returned to us with the original packaging, with all components and bottle seals untampered with.
